This multi-wire drawing machine is engineered to simultaneously draw up to 16 copper wires. Capable of producing 16 wires in one go, it remarkably boosts the production capacity. Structurally, it features two layers. Each layer contains 25 drawing dies, with each layer processing 8 wires per operation. Equipped with a Siemens PLC + HMI control system, it enables a more efficient realization of fully automated production.

  • 1. The wire - drawing machine is capable of simultaneously drawing and annealing 16 wires.

    2. It features high efficiency, and saves energy, space, and labor.

    3. The multi-wire tandem drawing machine operates without wire deflections, with a horizontal drawing direction.

    4. It has tension-independent control, making the wire less prone to breakage.

    5. There are two take-up options available. The output wire can be spooled either on the same bobbin or separately on four bobbins.

    6. Environmentally - friendly paint ensures the machine's color, gloss, and smoothness.
