This machine is highly specialized wire-drawing equipment designed to draw aluminum rods, effectively reducing their diameter from Φ9.5mm to a diameter range of Φ1.7 - 3.5mm. It offers a series of advantages, such as a low compression ratio, the capacity for multiple-pass operations, a high drawing speed, and energy-efficient performance.   The machine's transmission structure features an independent input shaft. This input shaft, via two pairs of reduction gears and sprocket pairs, drives two tower-wheel shafts, one guide-wheel shaft, and a fixed-speed-wheel shaft. In terms of its operational modalities, the drawing method is single-side drawing, the cooling system adopts an external circulation spray-type design, and the winding mechanism is an I - shaped wheel winding machine used for coil winding.
